根據(jù)用戶的實(shí)際氣體氣量和氣體中硫化qing含量，專門量身設(shè)計(jì)外形尺寸和內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)。不同類型的氣體，不同氣體中硫化qing含量，不同氣體壓力設(shè)計(jì)的脫硫設(shè)備尺寸不同，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)不同。為實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控再生過程中硫化物及多硫化物與空氣中的氧氣反應(yīng)速度，增加溫度監(jiān)控設(shè)備，避免因再生過程中通入空氣量過大，放熱反應(yīng)劇烈，溫度超過脫硫劑的燃點(diǎn)，發(fā)生意外火災(zāi)。

沼氣脫硫劑使用6個(gè)月，必須更換。首先關(guān)閉沼氣凈化調(diào)壓器開關(guān)，打開沼氣凈化脫硫塔進(jìn)出料口，將脫硫劑在出口掏凈，關(guān)閉出料口，在進(jìn)料口填裝新脫硫塔，填滿后封閉進(jìn)料口。 更換下的脫硫劑還可再使用，方法是：將更換下來的脫硫劑先除去碎沫，再把顆粒型劑放在陰涼、通風(fēng)、干燥處2-4天，等到脫硫劑的顏色變成褐色，用塑料袋密封起來，不要受潮、曝曬、壓碎，等下次更換使用。換下來的脫硫劑多只能再用兩次，但再次使用時(shí)間只能在3-4個(gè)月。
