脫硫工藝描述
Description of desulfurization process
我公司的生物脫硫技術(shù)分為三個(gè)單元：①脫硫洗滌單元 ②洗滌液生物再生（回用）單元 ③單質(zhì)硫分離單元。工藝流程如下：
Our company's biological desulfurization technology is divided into three units: ① desulfurization washing unit ② washing solution biological regeneration (reuse) unit ③ elemental sulfur separation unit. The process flow is as follows:
沼氣生物脫硫
Biodesulfurization of biogas
單元 --脫硫洗滌 ：堿性的生物洗滌液從洗滌塔頂部噴出，與從洗滌塔底部進(jìn)入的含硫化合物（主要H2S）氣源逆流接觸，由于再生生物洗滌液中含有連多硫酸鹽類(lèi)具有脫硫催化作用的物質(zhì)，所以可以高效吸收H2S，并且脫除得非常干凈。在集成脫硫工藝中，洗滌塔變成洗滌模塊，可以任意疊加而達(dá)到需要的量和處理精度。
Unit 1- Desulfurization washing: Alkaline biological washing solution is sprayed out from the top of the washing tower and in countercurrent contact with the sulfur containing compound (mainly H2S) gas source that enters from the bottom of the washing tower. Due to the presence of polysulfate like substances with desulfurization catalytic effect in the regenerated biological washing solution, H2S can be efficiently absorbed and removed very cleanly. In the integrated desulfurization process, the washing tower becomes a washing module, which can be arbitrarily stacked to achieve the required amount and processing accuracy.
第二單元--生物再生反應(yīng)器：含有硫化物的富液從洗滌塔底部流入生物再生反應(yīng)器，通過(guò)脫硫微生物的處理，完成生物洗滌液再生并恢復(fù)堿性。再泵入單元洗滌部分，重復(fù)使用。
Unit 2- Biological Regeneration Reactor: The rich solution containing sulfides flows from the bottom of the washing tower into the biological regeneration reactor. Through the treatment of desulfurization microorganisms, the regeneration of the biological washing solution is completed and the alkalinity is restored. Pump in the first unit washing section again and reuse it.
第三單元—單質(zhì)硫分離：?jiǎn)钨|(zhì)硫從單質(zhì)硫分離池中以顆粒沉淀的方式分離出生物脫硫系統(tǒng)，分離后的清液回流去生物再生反應(yīng)器。
The third unit - elemental sulfur separation: elemental sulfur is separated from the elemental sulfur separation tank by particle precipitation to form a biological desulfurization system, and the separated clear liquid is returned to the biological regeneration reactor.

洗滌塔
Washing tower
由于生物堿性洗滌液的特性，洗滌塔的材質(zhì)選擇FRP（玻璃鋼），洗滌塔的數(shù)量：1臺(tái)；材質(zhì)：FRP，內(nèi)部填充填料、噴淋及除沫裝置等。
Due to the characteristics of biological alkaline washing solution, the material of the washing tower is FRP (fiberglass), and the number of washing towers is 1; Material: FRP, internally filled with fillers, spraying and defoaming devices, etc.
再生反應(yīng)器
Regeneration reactor
在洗滌塔內(nèi)吸收完成硫化氫后的洗滌液在生物再生反應(yīng)器內(nèi)，通過(guò)控制氧化過(guò)程，將吸收的硫化氫轉(zhuǎn)變成單質(zhì)硫。
After absorbing hydrogen sulfide in the washing tower, the washing solution is transformed into elemental sulfur in the biological regeneration reactor by controlling the oxidation process.
板式換熱器
Plate heat exchanger
由于氣候變化以及生物代謝能的釋放，生物再生反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的溫度可能會(huì)超出菌的承受溫度，需使用板式換熱器進(jìn)行冷卻，冷卻水可使用循環(huán)水。
Due to climate change and the release of biological metabolic energy, the temperature inside the bioreactor may exceed the temperature that the bacteria can withstand. Plate heat exchangers are needed for cooling, and circulating water can be used for cooling.
沉淀器
Precipitator
沉淀器的作用就是分離硫元素，利于洗滌液的硫平衡。硫污泥將直接由硫污泥泵直接排至好氧池或廢水池。
The function of the precipitator is to separate sulfur elements, which is beneficial for the sulfur balance of the washing solution. The sulfur sludge will be directly discharged from the sulfur sludge pump to the aerobic tank or wastewater tank.
洗滌泵

用于生物洗滌液的循環(huán)噴淋泵，1用1備，共2臺(tái)
Two circulating spray pumps for biological washing solution, one for use and one for backup
鼓風(fēng)機(jī)
Blower
作用是提供生物再生所需要的氧氣，采用變頻控制，1用1備，2臺(tái)
The function is to provide the oxygen required for biological regeneration, using frequency conversion control, with 1 in use and 1 as backup, and 2 units
其他
other
需配置：營(yíng)養(yǎng)液計(jì)量泵、堿計(jì)量泵、硫污泥泵等均考慮了備用。
Configuration required: The nutrient solution metering pump, alkali metering pump, sulfur sludge pump, etc. are all considered as backup.
