根據(jù)沼氣脫硫劑使用的實(shí)際情況，一般使用3-6個(gè)月必須更換。首先關(guān)閉沼氣脫硫塔的開(kāi)關(guān)，打開(kāi)沼氣脫硫塔進(jìn)出料口，將脫硫劑掏凈，關(guān)閉出料口，在進(jìn)料口填裝新脫硫塔，填滿(mǎn)后封閉進(jìn)料口。 更換下的脫硫劑還可再次使用，方法是：將更換下來(lái)的脫硫劑先除去碎沫和雜物等，再把顆粒型劑放在陰涼、通風(fēng)、干燥處2-4天，等到脫硫劑的顏色變成褐色之后，用塑料袋密封起來(lái)，不讓其受潮、曝曬、壓碎，等下次更換使用。換下來(lái)的脫硫劑多只能再用兩次，再次使用時(shí)間只能在3-6個(gè)月。
