沼氣工程設(shè)備的定時(shí)保護(hù)保養(yǎng)是發(fā)揮沼氣工程效益的重要環(huán)節(jié)。有些沼氣工程建成后，由于保護(hù)辦理不當(dāng)，形成沼氣工程不能運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，因而應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)設(shè)備的保護(hù)和保養(yǎng)。

（1）格柵
(1) Grating
應(yīng)定時(shí)檢修、保養(yǎng)格柵，關(guān)于破損的要及時(shí)替換。機(jī)械格柵機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)束后應(yīng)及時(shí)清洗格柵機(jī)。
The grating shall be repaired and maintained regularly, and the damaged ones shall be replaced in time. After the operation of the mechanical grating machine is completed, the grating machine shall be cleaned in time.
（2）泵房

①在每次停泵后，應(yīng)查看填料或油封處的密封情況，進(jìn)行的處理，并根據(jù)需要增加或替換填料、潤滑油、潤滑脂。
① After stopping the pump every time, check the sealing condition of the packing or oil seal, deal with it, and add or replace the packing, lubricating oil and grease as needed.
②應(yīng)至少半年查看、調(diào)整、替換水泵進(jìn)出水閘閥與填料1次。
② Check, adjust and replace the inlet and outlet sluice valves and packing of the water pump at least once every six months.
③應(yīng)定時(shí)檢修集水池水標(biāo)尺或液位計(jì)及其轉(zhuǎn)換設(shè)備。
③ The water gauge or liquid level gauge of the sump and its conversion equipment shall be overhauled regularly.
④備用泵應(yīng)每月至少進(jìn)行1次試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。環(huán)境溫度低于0℃時(shí)，放掉泵殼內(nèi)的存水。
④ The standby pump shall be commissioned at least once a month. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃, drain the water stored in the pump casing.
（4）厭氧反應(yīng)器
(4) Anaerobic reactor
①厭氧反應(yīng)器的塔體、各種管道及閘閥應(yīng)每年進(jìn)行1次查看和修理。
① The tower body, various pipelines and gate valves of anaerobic reactor shall be inspected and repaired once a year.
②厭氧反應(yīng)器的各種加熱設(shè)備應(yīng)常常除垢。
② Various heating equipment of anaerobic reactor should often be descaled.
③當(dāng)選用熱交換器加熱時(shí)，管道和閘閥處的密封材料應(yīng)每年替換。
③ When the heat exchanger is selected for heating, the sealing materials at the pipeline and gate valve shall be replaced every year.
④當(dāng)選用螺旋槳等機(jī)械拌和時(shí)，軸承應(yīng)定時(shí)查看，增加潤滑油，支承架的銜接螺栓應(yīng)常常查看和緊固。
④ When mechanical mixing such as propeller is selected, the bearing shall be checked regularly to add lubricating oil, and the connecting bolts of the support frame shall be checked and tightened frequently.
⑤蒸氣管道、沼氣管道的冷凝水應(yīng)按規(guī)劃規(guī)則定時(shí)排放。
⑤ The condensate of steam pipeline and biogas pipeline shall be discharged regularly according to the planning rules.
⑥冰冷區(qū)域冬天，對(duì)溢流管、防爆設(shè)備的水封應(yīng)做好設(shè)備和管道保溫防凍作業(yè)。
⑥ In winter in cold areas, the water seals of overflow pipes and explosion-proof equipment shall be well insulated and antifreezed.
⑦厭氧反應(yīng)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)3~5年整理、檢修1次。
⑦ The anaerobic reactor shall be sorted and overhauled once every 3 ~ 5 years.
（5）沼氣貯氣柜
(5) Biogas gas holder
①定時(shí)查看沼氣貯氣柜、沼氣管道及閘閥是否漏氣。
① Regularly check whether the biogas storage tank, biogas pipeline and gate valve leak.
②沼氣貯氣柜表面的油漆或涂料應(yīng)定時(shí)從頭涂飾。
② The paint or coating on the surface of biogas gas storage tank shall be painted from scratch regularly.
③沼氣貯氣柜的升降設(shè)施包括進(jìn)出氣閥應(yīng)常常查看，增加潤滑油（脂）。
③ The lifting facilities of biogas gas storage tank, including inlet and outlet valves, should be checked frequently to add lubricating oil (grease).
④冰冷季節(jié)前應(yīng)檢修沼氣貯氣柜水封的防凍設(shè)施。
④ Before the cold season, the anti freezing facilities of the water seal of the biogas gas storage tank shall be overhauled.
⑤貯氣柜的儲(chǔ)存水每半年替換1次。
⑤ The water stored in the gas holder shall be replaced once every six months.
⑥沼氣貯氣柜運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)3~5年應(yīng)修理1次，氣閥，使用壽命到期強(qiáng)制更新。
⑥ The biogas gas holder shall be repaired once every 3 ~ 5 years, and the gas valve shall be forcibly renewed when its service life expires.
⑦沼氣報(bào)警設(shè)備應(yīng)每年檢修1次。
⑦ The biogas alarm equipment shall be overhauled once a year.
（6）沼氣凈化設(shè)備
(6) Biogas purification equipment
①定時(shí)查看沼氣凈化系統(tǒng)的氣密性，每周對(duì)旁路閥門和備用脫硫塔的閥門進(jìn)行開、閉運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
① Regularly check the air tightness of the biogas purification system, and open and close the bypass valve and the valve of the standby desulfurization tower every week.
②定時(shí)掃除沼氣凈化設(shè)備中的冷凝水。
② Regularly sweep the condensate in the biogas purification equipment.
③根據(jù)設(shè)備要求定時(shí)替換脫硫劑。
