2015年，我國沼氣發(fā)展進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)型升級期，國家支持建設(shè)規(guī)模化生物天然氣項(xiàng)目，2015年全國建設(shè)25個，2016年全國建設(shè)22個，沼氣提純生物天然氣技術(shù)迎來新的發(fā)展契機(jī)，項(xiàng)目要求日產(chǎn)天然氣10000 m3以上，每小時處理沼氣量應(yīng)在700 m3以上，化學(xué)吸收和變壓吸附技術(shù)能滿足項(xiàng)目要求。四川某公司研發(fā)的沼氣提純專用吸附劑，解決了變壓吸附法甲烷損失大的缺點(diǎn)，進(jìn)一步降低了運(yùn)行成本，甲烷回收率超過99%，CH4含量97%～99%，能夠滿足沼氣提純的要求。該技術(shù)已在貴州省茅臺生態(tài)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)示范園生物天然氣及生物肥項(xiàng)目上應(yīng)用（2015年生物天然氣試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目之一）。

This technology has been applied in the project of bio natural gas and bio fertilizer of Maotai eco circular economy industrial demonstration park in Guizhou Province (one of the pilot projects of bio natural gas in 2015).
