扒塔是一項很繁重的工作，不僅勞動強度大，而且脫硫液對皮膚尤其是眼睛刺激性很大，扒一次填料，施工作業(yè)人員的眼睛得紅腫疼痛兩叁天。所以塔能不扒盡可能地不扒，能少扒一次少扒一次。另外就是扒填料之前要做好準備工作，要有詳細的施工方案和安全防護、勞動保護措施。

對于規(guī)整填料，可能現(xiàn)在用的很少了，首先明確一點就是不要按廠家要求的那樣新填料裝好后把打包帶剪斷，那樣的話扒塔的工作量就大了。在打包帶完好的情況下，塔內(nèi)用脫硫液邊沖邊扒，塔里的填料可以整塊地從人孔運出來，少量散的也能分層規(guī)置規(guī)置單獨存放。扒出的填料不用水沖，直接放到一片干凈的場地晾干，摔打一下就行。用手提起來一塊感覺很輕，說明硫沫基本掉干凈了。散了的重新組成塊用打包帶打包。后將填料重新組圓，就可以往塔里裝了。

散裝填料的扒裝工作量相對小一些，但對環(huán)境影響較大，因為填料要從卸料孔扒出來，這樣粘附的硫沫、帶出來的脫硫液要比扒規(guī)整填料多，弄得現(xiàn)場臟不說，關鍵是這些脫硫液和硫沫要污染環(huán)境。卸出來的填料現(xiàn)場抖一下，只要填料不被硫沫粘在一起，填料上的孔隙基本出來就行，不用非得用水沖出填料的本來面目。然后將填料直接裝袋，就可以重新裝到脫硫塔里了。

扒出來的填料重新裝了以后，從開車到系統(tǒng)加負荷這段時間可以大液量操作。此時氣量小，正適合大液量通過。通過大液量操作，可以使填料得到進一步地清洗，這時候雖然氣量不大但再生槽硫泡沫很多。系統(tǒng)逐步加滿負荷后，對脫硫塔的阻力進行認真的測量，即驗證了扒裝的效果，也為塔阻力的變化監(jiān)測留下了原始數(shù)據(jù)。

關于洗塔，脫硫塔阻力大了，現(xiàn)在也有一些不扒填料而對填料進行塔內(nèi)清洗的做法，主要分二種。一種是不停車在線清洗，（當然這種方法停車后也能用），但本人沒有做深入地了解，猜測可能是一種剝離劑、分散劑類的東西。另一種是停車后清洗，主要是利用硫化鈉溶解單質硫的化學反應。
